Our Policies & Mission

A team member is readily available to answer any questions or schedule an appointment during the following business hours:

Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (School Year)
Monday – Thursday: 7:45 a.m. – 4 p.m. (Summer Hours)

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. To help us stay on schedule, please arrive on time. Late arrivals will be rescheduled. Longer appointments are scheduled in the morning so that Dr. Wilson can see as many patients as possible after school. Because most appointments are scheduled 8 to 10 weeks in advance, we ask that you schedule your next appointment while at your current visit in order to get the best possible appointment times. Please call our office first thing in the morning if you have an emergency, so that we can adjust our schedule to fit you in.

We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. Please note that missed appointments may prolong treatment time. Patients are subject to a late fee after missing the second consecutive appointment without a 24-hour advance notice.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies are constantly changed or cancelled, benefits quoted are only an estimate of coverage and cannot be guaranteed by our office. As a service to our patients, our office handles all billing for insurance purposes, and companies are allowed 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, the insurance policy holder is responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, a team member is always available to assist you.
